A studio’s digital experience continues well beyond the first visit to its website. Members need to find a class, understand their membership or credits, reserve a place, and manage changes without losing the connection to the studio.
What we did
The project scope brings a branded responsive website and companion mobile application together with account, booking, purchasing, and supporting backend workflows.
Treat booking as one continuous flow.
Reservations, cancellations, waitlists, credits, waivers, and agreements belong to the same member experience. Mindbody integrations connect that experience with the studio’s booking system.
