Keep session controls close to the station.
Start, pause, finish, and add-time actions reflect the work staff perform during a visit. Persistent station and session records retain the context behind those controls.
Lounge Control
Connecting staff workflows, customer time, and physical gaming stations.
The challenge
A gaming venue needs to connect the staff’s view of a session with customer time and the physical station being used. Paused sessions, added time, saved balances, and disconnected devices all need understandable states.
What we did
The supplied scope connects station management, timed sessions, customer accounts, saved balances, persistent records, and a Windows companion agent.
Start, pause, finish, and add-time actions reflect the work staff perform during a visit. Persistent station and session records retain the context behind those controls.
Secure pairing and connection monitoring connect supported PCs to the management platform. Physical console enforcement requires compatible external hardware, rather than software alone.
Project scope
Staff workflows connect session time, customer balances, and station records. The Windows companion provides a path to access control on supported PCs. Equipment installation sits outside this software scope.
Physical console enforcement depends on compatible external hardware. The project covers software and supported PC access control.
